Death Comes to Pemberley, by P.D. James
Yet ANOTHER sequel to Pride and Prejudice, this time in the form of a mystery byt the usually talented P.D. James, but as with almost every Austen adaptation/sequel/whatever, it was pretty awful.

The Lighthouse, by P.D. James
OK but not excellent Adam Dalgleish mystery. The setting was great- Combe Island, a retreat for the great and well known, and it held so much promise, but the inexplicable inclusion of SARS was bizarre, and the book was ultimately unsatisfying.
